Emergency Maintenance Work on
Massachusetts Avenue NW Over Rock Creek Park
 

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close a single lane of Massachusetts Avenue NW over Rock Creek Park to conduct emergency maintenance on the bridge structure.

 

DDOT will continue to close one lane on Massachusetts Avenue NW over Rock Creek Park through Tuesday, May 26, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.

 

DDOT will close a single lane on inbound Massachusetts Avenue NW over Rock Creek Park, which will assist in performance of a series of preventive maintenance activities.

 

Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate moderate-to-heavy delays due to the lane closures.

 

All users of the roadway are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection personnel.
