Plan to attend this pre-bid meeting if you want to participate in an online auction that will dispose of vacant spaces in the inventory of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) as announced during March Madness.
At this meeting, real estate professionals and other interested parties can learn more about approximately a dozen sites that will be placed in online auction by Alex Cooper Auctioneers to develop them into workforce housing.
The online auction will begin May 10 and end May 15. Potential bidders must meet certain criteria to bid on the properties.
