 Forty years ago this month, a
law became effective that implemented the Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP).
Over its history, HPAP has helped more than
7,700 District households purchase their first home through more than $210 million
in down payment and closing cost assistance.
The DC Department of Housing and Community Development will be celebrating this milestone at a special reception. Join us as we recognize the individuals and families who have benefited from HPAP, and our partners.
