September 6, 2018 | Vol. 4, Issue 36
Dear Washingtonians,
In less than one week, on Wednesday, September 12, leaders and experts from across the country will convene in Washington, DC for our first-ever Maternal and Infant Health Summit. And we want you there.
The day will begin with a panel of mayors discussing the successes and challenges in their communities. Then, a variety of experts will lead and participate in panels about current best practices in maternal and infant health; sustainable, community-driven solutions; and next steps.
As we turn our country's attention to this important issue, it is critical that we include a diverse set of voices and experiences. By doing so, we can build healthier communities, improve outcomes for women and babies, and save lives.
See the full agenda and register at dcmaternalhealth.com.
