There's still time to register for Let’s Talk Housing: A Dialogue with DHCD, a unique opportunity to discuss with government agency representatives how to best meet your housing needs as a tenant, and help you comply with housing requirements as a housing provider (property owner, landlord, real estate professional).
The Housing Regulation Administration (HRA) of the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will cover:
- Latest news from HRA divisions such as rental conversion and sale, rent control, inclusionary zoning and affordable dwelling units
- Questions answered by HRA staff members
- HRA accomplishments in the past few months and what to expect in the future
