 DHCD Releases FY 2017 Inclusionary Zoning Annual Report
The Fiscal Year 2017 Inclusionary Zoning Annual Report just issued
by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) documents the growth
of the IZ program and its increased importance in producing more affordable housing
for District residents.
The report
shows that the overall number of IZ units is increasing steadily. To learn
