Register to Learn How District Will Implement Latest Affordable Housing Preservation Tool

On January 9, Learn more about proposed regulations issued on December 22 that will implement the District Opportunity to Purchase Act (DOPA).

DOPA promotes affordable rental housing by maintaining the affordable status of existing affordable rental units as well as increasing the total number of affordable rental units within the District.
