Deanwood Town Center Proposed

NCI DTC Proposed

NCI development partners, the NHP Foundation and The Warrenton Group, filed a Planned Unit Development (PUD) application with the DC Zoning Commission for the proposed Deanwood Town Center, projected to bring 183 units (including 61 replacement units for Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings and 104 other affordable units) as well as 16,000 square feet of retail to the Deanwood community. Together, the Deanwood Town Center and the Strand Development fulfill the “town center” concept envisioned for the corner of Nannie Helen Burroughs and Division Avenue in the original 2006 Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings redevelopment plan.
