#DCGradReqs Task Force Update

#ESSA Task Force Update
Next Meeting Tuesday, October 3rd
Our new SBOE Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Task Force has hit the ground running! On September 5th, representatives from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and the DC Public Charter School Board (PCSB) made presentations on ESSA reporting requirements, the School Transparency and Reporting System (STAR) framework, and District equity reports.

The next task force meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. Meetings will continue on a monthly basis for the duration of the members’ two-year commitment.
