Coalitions

The theme for August and September is Building Coalitions!

Whether you joined our Coast to Coast competition or participate in an event, we hope you find ways to build coalitions both in and out of the workplace.

FDR

Join YGL members in the DC Metro area for a 5 Mile Hike around the FDR Memorial, Tidal Basin, and Hains Point on Saturday, September 11. See details below:

SES Event

Join YGL and The Senior Executives Association On Wednesday, September 29 for a virtual panel discussion on "What it takes to become an SES." This will be an informative discussion around the traits and skills needed for any individual to advance to a leadership role.

Fiscal New Year

Mark your calendars for YGL’s Fiscal New Year Party and Open Mic Night on Thursday, September 30th at 7:00 PM EST!

Join YGL as we celebrate the end of another Fiscal Year! We will be unveiling a new initiative for next year, a new website design, and we will have other Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) present to provide more information about their programs. This will be fun night filled with prizes, information, and performances from your peers. Join us for our biggest party of the year!
