Secrets of Supervising 2020 (2)

Come join the YGL community in a lunchtime discussion with two enterprising entrepreneurs as we talk through the secrets of supervising. We’ll discuss guiding principles of supervising excellence, how to navigate challenges, and how to manage the madness.

For those aspiring to be supervisors, there will be tips, tricks, and shortcuts to help you get to into the big chair fast. But supervising isn’t for everyone, so there will also be discussion for those who want to lead without managing a team, and how to navigate that space.

There will be something for everyone. Our presenters are millennial business leaders of a company called CGS (www.cgsfederal.com). They come from both the government and private sectors and are disrupting the legal and technology markets.

Details on how to attend this event will be forthcoming!
