Beginning at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, September 16th Granicus technical teams will be performing system maintenance and upgrades in our Staging Environment. During the maintenance period, the applications and services listed below will be unavailable.

Planned System Maintenance Date/Times:

  • Wednesday, September 16th from 1:00  – 5:00 p.m. ET (6:00 – 10:00 p.m. in the UK)

Impacted Applications and Services:

  • govDelivery Communications Cloud Staging Environment via stage-admin.govdelivery.com
  • Subscriber services allowing the public to sign up for your messages via stage-public.govdelivery.com
  • Web Services/APIs for the Communications Cloud Staging Environment via stage-api.govdelivery.com
  • Targeted Messaging Service (TMS) Stage Environment - used by organizations triggering messages directly from their own systems into Granicus via stage-tms.govdelivery.com

For GovDelivery Communications Cloud STAGE API and STAGE TMS Users:

As part of this maintenance, we will be migrating the stage environment for the listed applications between our data centers. As a result, the IP addresses serving stage-api.govdelivery.com and stage-tms.govdelivery.com will change. We strongly encourage you to whitelist all IPs listed for the service below to ensure connectivity to either data center.

Current IPs:

  • stage-api.govdelivery.com: 69.5.91.22
  • stage-tms.govdelivery.com:  69.5.91.70

IPs that will be used post-maintenance: 

  • stage-api.govdelivery.com: 209.134.144.42
  • stage-tms.govdelivery.com:  209.134.144.41

Possible action needed:

If your application is connecting to a specific IP address or your firewall is only configured to allow for a single IP: you will likely need to update these settings to account for the change in IP addresses in order to continue connecting to Granicus services once the maintenance is complete. We strongly recommend whitelisting both data center IP addresses.

If you have previously whitelisted the IP addresses for each data center:  None of the IP addresses listed above are new additions and have been used previously to serve the applications, as such no action should be required.
