Notification of Planned System Maintenance: March 14th

On Wednesday, March 14th Granicus technical teams will be performing maintenance in our staging environment.  During the maintenance period, the stage environment for the services listed below will be unavailable. This maintenance will not impact our production environments. 

Planned System Maintenance Dates/Times:

  • Wednesday, March 14th from 1:00pm – 6:00pm ET (6:00pm – 9:00pm in the UK)

Impacted Applications and Services:

    Granicus Customer Support will provide real-time updates during the maintenance period via Twitter and our System Status webpage (which you can also subscribe to in order to receive emails automatically when updated).

    For GovDelivery Communications Cloud API and TMS Users:

    As part of this maintenance we will be migrating the stage environment for the listed applications from our central to eastern data-centers. As a result the IP addresses serving stage-api.govdelivery.com and stage-tms.govdelivery.com will change. If your system is connecting to specific IP addresses or your firewall is only configured to allow for certain IP's please note that you may need to update these settings to continue connecting to the stage environment once the maintenance is complete. We strongly encourage you to white-list both IP's listed for the service below to ensure connectivity to either of our data-centers.

    Current IP's:

    • stage-admin.govdelivery.com: 209.134.144.42
    • stage-tms.govdelivery.com:  209.134.144.41

    IP's that will be used post-maintenance: 

    • stage-admin.govdelivery.com: 69.5.91.22
    • stage-tms.govdelivery.com:  69.5.91.70
