WELD PROJECT CONNECT

The one-day, one-stop event to support members of the community in need of services and resources ranging from housing, employment, health, education, and quality of life improvements  needs navigators.

This event supports neighbors who qualify as low-income residents, people experiencing homelessness, or anyone in danger of becoming homeless due to the threat of foreclosure, job loss, and other critical issues that can interrupt a life.

Navigators guide guests through the services after a brief checklist review.  The goal is service providers, government agencies, community organizations, and community volunteers to provide 1:1 service and support to community guests and ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Weld Project Connect is October 18, 2019.   Sign up today. Go to https://www.unitedway-weld.org/  then click the "Volunteer" link under the  “Get involved” tab.

Navigators will receive training prior to the one-day event. If any volunteer has participated as a navigator in both 2017 and 2018, training is not required. Please contact Margie Martinez at Margie@unitedway-weld.org if you have questions.
