Stretch and Flow Yoga

Join local instructor, Beth Huck, for this free weekly beginner-friendly Vinyasa yoga class. The Vinyasa style of yoga strings poses together for a smooth flow so you can build your skills, increase flexibility and practice balance.
Vail Mah Jongg
1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month.
Join us for Mah Jongg at Vail Public Library! Whether you’re curious or a pro, it’s all about relaxing, meeting new friends, and enjoying the game. RSVP to save your spot! We look forward to seeing you!
Gather and Game
January 7 and January 28 4-6 p.m.
Shake off the cold and warm up at the library—Gather and Game has returned! This relaxed, drop-in program invites adults to connect socially, learn a new game, and enjoy a variety of cozy refreshments! We have plenty of board games but feel free to bring your favorites as well!

Cut it Out with Cricut: Holiday Cards

Join the library's Cut It Out with Cricut adult workshop. Design custom holiday cards using the Mountain Makerspace’s Cricut devices. Free to attend and materials are included along with instruction. Spots are limited! Please register to reserve your spot.

Teen Book Club
Love getting lost in a good book? Want to discuss books with other teens? Come to our monthly teen book club!
All teens welcome. No experience necessary, you don't even need to read the book to be a part of the group.
This book club will meet on January 14, at 4 p.m. in the library. Please RSVP to Cari along with your coffee order to enjoy while you discuss the book.

Storytime
Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 11 a.m. for Storytime! We will read, sing, and move during an hour of fun for our littlest patrons (6 and under)! Come early or stay after and explore the children's room full of books and toys.
Stories that will read are available to preview 15 minutes prior to the start of Storytime.
Kid's Create
Where stories, art, and learning come together. This month we are learning all about Australia in honor of Australia Day! The craft will be making your very own boomerang! Kid's Create will take place in the Community Room within the Vail Public Library.

What better way to ring in the New Year than to start a reading challenge? Use the reading prompts to discover authors, genres, and books. Whether your prefer eBooks, audiobooks, or print, all formats count! Log your progress with our tracking sheet. You can find the reading prompts and the tracking sheet here or at the front desk of the library. Complete all 12 by December 31st, 2026 to earn library swag and the chance to win our grand prize!
