Indian Cooking Class (18+) 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16: Have you tried this at an Indian restaurant? Come and learn to make restaurant style jeera pulao (seasoned basmati rice) and chicken jalfrezi (hot fry chicken) for yourself! Participants get to take leftovers home.

Guided Meditation and Sound Bath (10+) 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18: Drop in for a guided meditation and sound bath experience with Reiki Master Crystal Chinn. Children ages 10-17 can attend (when paid for) if they're accompanied by a paying adult. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow!

There are fun activities and programs for all ages and interests, including many at the community center.
Registration for fall and winter enrichment and fitness programs is officially open. The digital guide includes links to register for each program, or you can register at SuperiorColorado.gov/Programs.
