JAMMIN' Feud

Four rounds of feud-style trivia. Teams go head to head, and the two top-scoring teams battle it out in a championship round. There's no cost to play!

Open Mic Night

Play to a supportive audience of peers and surrounding community members in a professionally hosted, live performance setting! Open to high-school aged musicians and adults.

Toast 'n Tinker "Sunflower"

Enjoy a glass of wine and light appetizers while you mingle with community members. Then paint a masterpiece under the guidance of local artist Cora Bracho. Please register.

Seniors enjoy the brown bag lunch and speaker series at the Superior Community Center

Senior Brown Bag Lunch (60+) Tuesday, Aug. 15: Enjoy lunch with other seniors and learn about healthy eating from Avista Adventist Hospital! Bring your own lunch or stop by Serendipity Tape and Café to purchase a tasty salad or sandwich.

Create Your Own "Under the Sea" Matisse-inspired Collage (4-13) Sunday, Aug. 20: In this workshop, kids will ~sea~ their own underwater paradise come to life using beautiful vibrant colors and handmade painted paper. There is an earlier workshop for younger artists and a later one for the older kiddos.

Did you know the Superior Community Center is home to a board game library? Find it on the upper shelf in the corner of the library area. Check out board games and take them home with you! There is an impressive selection — everything from party games and word games to cooperative games and strategy games!

Last call for Punch Buggy

With summer winding down, it's almost time to say goodbye to the Punch Buggy Shave Ice Truck!

But do not fear: You still have a week to stop by the Superior Community Center and cool off with a cup of the all-natural, Hawaiian-style shave ice.

Punch Buggy will be serving up their tasty treats for the final time this summer from noon to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 9 and Thursday, Aug. 10 at the SCC.
