P.T.S.D. Somatic Movement Processing Class (Session 1) (adults 18+) Mo 1/23 - 3/6 - Taught by Marlene Prinzing, M.A., a 27 year resident of Superior. Marlene has been teaching yoga, movement, dance, and somatic processing for 40 years. The goals of this class are to heal, to re-regulate the nervous system, to teach techniques to resolve anxiety, and to process and repattern P.T.S.D. symptoms from the Marshall Fire.

Get Beautiful Flowers the Cheap Way With Seed (adults 18+) Th 1/19 - 1/26 - In this class, you will learn how to sow plants (even tomatoes!) outdoors in inexpensive containers, grow beautiful mixed flower displays from seed, and start a mixed flower bed from seed. We'll also cover why residents should grow more native plants in their landscapes. Participants will also be able to take a selection of native seeds home.

TGA Junior Golf (ages 5 - 12) Mo 1/23 - 3/20 - TGA brings the golf course to you! Hitting mats, nets, "almost" golf balls, and putting greens are some of the tools used to ensure a safe and effective class. Students develop skills and understanding of the game through station based activities and drills.

Community Choir (ages 14 +) Th 1/26 - 4/27 - This is a non-auditioned choir for the community of Superior (and friends). No prior experience is needed; you bring your joy - or curiosity - of singing, and the director will facilitate the rest! Rehearsals are held once a week for 1.5 hours, and performances are TBA (not required, but highly encouraged).
