Tennis Courts To Close For Repairs
Weather permitting, the North Pool Tennis Courts are scheduled for needed repairs in late October following completion of the fall youth and adult tennis programs. During this time, all four courts will be closed to the public. Repairs are anticipated to take a minimum of four days to complete. These needed repairs will ensure that the tennis courts surfaces will be ready for optimal fun and safety. For up-to-date information on this project, please visit the Athletic Fields & Courts page.

Large weather events are occurring more frequently requiring significant repairs to open space trails. Boulder County Parks & Open Space is replacing the engineered road base on Coalton Trail with soft-surface recycled road material. This material has been used on several trails by BOCO Parks & Open Space and has proven more resistant to erosion following storm events. Residents may see a paving machine typically used for laying asphalt, but in this case, it is being used to apply soft surface materials evenly.
For more information contact Jarret Roberts, Boulder County Parks & Open Space Recreation and Facilities division manager, at jroberts@bouldercounty.org or 303-413-7000.

The Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Team is looking to add GSAs. What is a GSA, you ask? The Superior Community Center is staffed by several Guest Services Associates. They are the folks who greet you at the front door, make sure the facility is in tip-top shape and can point you in the right direction to find what you're looking for.
Starting at $17.00 per hour, GSAs should have availability during work hours on weekdays. We invite you to apply if you are service-oriented, people-focused, and ready to make our Community Center a great place for all patrons. You can find more details and an application at the Town of Superior's Job Posting.
