 SIPA's Grant Programs Now Open!
SIPA is proud to support Colorado governments with our grant programs. Learn about each by watching our Grants Overview webinar video and reading more on SIPA's Grants page. SIPA grant programs support Colorado governments in providing digital services that improve resident experiences and foster efficient, effective connections between residents and government.
 Apply by March 31st for projects ranging up to $10,000. You can find additional information on the Micro-Grants FAQ page, and previously awarded projects on the Current Recipients page.
 Spring 2026 SIPA GovGrants Cycle: What’s New? The Spring 2026 SIPA GovGrants cycle is open! Offered to all types of governments across Colorado, this program is dedicated to funding the innovative digital projects your organization would tackle if your budget wasn’t a constraint. This year, we have streamlined the application materials to make it as easy as possible for you to request SIPA GovGrants funding. Learn about the Spring 2026 program updates, our new budget template, and examples of past grant winners to inspire your next idea.
 SIPA Local Government Accessibility User Group
The SIPA Local Government Accessibility User Group is a new group created to foster a collaborative community among Colorado’s local government entities. Dedicated to sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices on digital accessibility, the intended goal is to help local governments - counties, towns, special districts, and public education institutions - navigate the legal and technical requirements around Colorado accessibility law while ensuring that digital government services are inclusive for all Coloradans. Meetings will be held the 3rd Friday of the month from 1:00-2:00pm, starting on March 20, 2026. To participate, please register.
