January 14 - Cybersecurity on a Shoestring Budget by Mile High Cyber
Register to join us January 14 as one of our newest suppliers, Mile High Cyber, presents practical steps for districts, small and large municipalities, and state agencies to take in order to improve cyber resilience and build a defensible posture without breaking the budget.
February 25 - Cybersecurity by CISA
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency will be joining us to discuss the ever-critical topic of cybersecurity. More information coming soon, please save the date to join us.
Eagle County is hosting the next Public Sector Coffee Hour on December 19th that informally walk through a number of specific, real world use cases from Eagle County, the State of Colorado and other Google users using Gemini's Deep Research tools. Specifically, some of the topics will include:
- Updating Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines using Deep Research
- Using Deep Research with Google Workspace data to generate comprehensive project reports and analysis
- Analyzing your State/Local Gov websites for information gaps, to identify intake processes or to de-conflict information
- Supporting procurement and research analysis
If you'd like to take a few minutes to show/talk about your use case, email Brandon Williams (brandon.williams@eaglecounty.us) and he'll get you on the schedule. The presentation will be hosted via Google Meet on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 9:30-10:30 am.

SIPA is winding down our Accessibility Grant Program that was offered to all Colorado governments starting in 2024. If you haven't previously received CommonLook licenses from Allyant through this program and are looking to begin bringing your PDFs into compliance with accessibility guidelines, please fill out the request form on our website.

For all special districts: the Special District Association (SDA) is offering a one-time accessibility reimbursement grant up to $300. Please submit your reimbursement form through their ADA website accessibility grant page. |

 Last month, SIPA GovGrants recipient Pikes Peak Regional Office of Emergency Management (PPROEM) was featured in a Civic Launchpad webinar hosted by the Colorado Smart Cities Alliance. PPROEM Executive Director Andrew Notbohm shared details on how the SIPA GovGrants program has allowed them to leverage innovative technology to redefine public safety for Colorado’s most populous county.
