Haven't had the opportunity to apply for a Micro-Grant yet? Not sure if your project qualifies? Do you need some inspiration? SIPA has had the pleasure of being apart of a vast variety of projects, here are just a few examples from this past grant cycle:

The City of Westminster was awarded for a Mini-Library Kiosk for children

The Town of Deer Trail was awarded to cover their set-up fees associated with G Suite

The Town of Moffatt was awarded to digitize historical documents, ordinances, & more

CDPS was awarded to implement a new online records management portal

The City of Craig was awarded to develop an interactive trails map and mobile app

The Town of Foxfield and the Town of Dove Creek was awarded to create new websites

Some Data: Last year, SIPA received 94 Micro-Grant requests and funded 35 of them totaling over $150,000.

Did you know that the Colorado Department of Local Affairs's State Demography Office has launched a newsletter specific to Census 2020? The Colorado 2020 Census Newsletter link can be found here: http://eepurl.com/gKyZnX .

The newsletter will provide updated information about operations form the Census Bureau, plans, marketing material and much more.
