- An update on Pay as You Throw was provided to the Town Council.
Town Council
- Resolution 2025-12: A resolution approving a condominium plat for Buildings 1 and 2 at Wave on the Blue Subdivision was approved.
- Resolution 2025-28: A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Silverthorne appointing Mark Leidal as Interim Town Manager was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-08: An ordinance approving a rezoning application for 247 and 309 Rainbow Drive, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-09: An ordinance approving the conveyance of a private stormwater infrastructure easement to Blue River 30 LLC (1030, 1034, 1044, and 1050 Blue River Parkway), second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-10: An ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article I of the Town Code to reestablish a code section on Maintenance of Structures and Site Plans and to amend Chapter 4, Article IV and Article VI concerning landscape regulations, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-11: An ordinance approving the conveyance of a private stormwater easement to Blue River 2020 LLC (700 Blue River Parkway), first reading, was approved.
- Resolution 2025-30: A resolution approving a development agreement between the Town of Silverthorne, 247 Rainbow JV LLC, and 309 Rainbow JV LLC was approved.
