Work Session
- The Family Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) presented an update on operations.
- Town staff presented an overview of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan to the Council.
- Town Council and Staff discussed an interim police facility at the Town-owned building at 251 W. 4th St. (the FIRC building).
- Town Council and Staff reviewed the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2025 Area Median Income (AMI), adopted by the Summit Combined Housing Authority (SCHA) effective 4/17/2025.
Town Council
- Ordinance No. 2025-03: An ordinance amending Chapter 1, Article VII, Division 4 of the Silverthorne Town Code, entitled Tobacco Product Retail License, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-06: A supplemental appropriations ordinance amending the 2025 budget, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance No. 2025-07: An ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Silverthorne Town Code to define and regulate natural medicine businesses, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-08: An ordinance approving a rezoning application for 247 & 309 Rainbow Drive, first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-09: An ordinance approving the conveyance of a private
stormwater infrastructure easement to Blue River 30 LLC (1030, 1034, 1044, and 1050 Blue River Parkway), first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2025-10: An ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article I of the Town Code to reestablish a Code Section on Maintenance of Structures and Site Plans and to amend Chapter 4, Article IV and Article VI concerning Landscape Regulations, first reading, was approved.

The Silverthorne Police Advisory Committee is seeking new members! Volunteers on the Police Advisory Committee help provide input on public safety and serve three-year terms. The committee meets on the last Thursday of every other month from 8 to 9 a.m. at Silverthorne Town Hall.
Letters of Interest are due to Chief Alice Cary via email by Friday, May 16.
