Work Session 

  • Summit Economic Partnership Executive Director Thayer Hirsh provided an update on operations. 
  • CAFE Food Rescue Executive Director Diane Calvin and Board Treasurer Katrina Doerfler provided an update on operations. 
  • An update on leasing at Smith Ranch Apartments was given to the Town Council. 
  • Town Council and Staff discussed easement access to the Town-owned Annie Road parcel. 

Town Council 

  • Chase Tate was sworn in as a Silverthorne Police Officer. 
  • The hotel and restaurant liquor license transfer from House of Vibes to Salas Investments, LLC, was approved. 
  • Ordinance 2024-14: An ordinance approving the conveyance of a private access easement to Après Shores, LLC (776 Blue River Parkway), second reading, was approved. 
  • Ordinance 2025-01: An ordinance repealing and reenacting Chapter II,
    Article VII of the Silverthorne Municipal Code to adopt by reference the 2024 edition of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado; repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith; and providing penalties for violation thereof, first reading, was approved.

Learn more about the planning process for the Silverthorne Police Department's new police facility at a community open house on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Silverthorne Pavilion. Community members will be able to share feedback on the possible locations of the new facility to help make the final decision.
