Smith Ranch Apartments to Begin Leasing

Smith Ranch Apartments to Begin Leasing 135 Apartment Homes in Silverthorne

Smith Ranch Apartments in Silverthorne will begin accepting leasing applications this month for 135 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

While the apartments share a singular site, there are two developments that each require a separate application process:

  • 70 apartments are set aside for local workers earning 80%, 100%, and 120% of the AMI. These apartments will be determined by a lottery. The lottery period will open on Nov. 14 and close on Nov. 25. Lottery applicants will be notified of their lottery drawing on Dec. 2.
  • 65 apartments are set aside for those earning 30% and 60% AMI. These apartments will be first come, first serve and interested applicants need to complete a form indicating their interest on Nov. 21.

All interested applicants can find forms and links to application requirements online at www.smithranchapts.com. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply for both apartment developments if they are uncertain of their income eligibility.

In Summit County, a two-person household can earn up to $58,500 gross income for 60% AMI, $78,000 for 80% AMI, $97,500 for 100% AMI and $117,000 for 120% AMI.
