Town Council
- Ordinance No. 2024-11: An ordinance authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract for the Town of Silverthorne's purchase of the Lowe
Property, second reading, was motioned for continuances to the Nov. 13 Town Council Meeting.
- Resolution 2024-60: A resolution approving a minor subdivision for L. Arnold Subdivision, was approved.
- Resolution 2024-57: A resolution approving the Fourth Street Crossing
Business Improvement District 2025 operating plan and budget, was approved.
- Resolution 2024-58: A resolution approving the Fourth North Business
Improvement District 2025 operating plan and budget, was approved.
- Resolution 2024-61: A resolution approving a replat and site plan modification for Tree Line Rowhomes, was approved.
- Ordinance 2024-12: An ordinance to adopt 2025 rates and fees, first reading, was approved.
