Work Session
- Town Council and staff discussed a construction and demolition waste reduction policy with Resource Recycling Systems and High Country Conservation Center.
- An update on the goals and strategies of the sustainability strategic plan was presented.

Town Council
- Officer Matt Tarnoff was sworn in to the Silverthorne Police Department.
- Ordinance 2024-04: An ordinance approving the annexation of Adams Avenue extension, on second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2024-05: An ordinance authorizing Recreation Center financing, on second reading, was approved.
- Jenny Gloudemans and Michael Molloy were appointed as regular members of the Planning Commission and Nancy Higuera as an alternate member.
- Ordinance 2024-06: An ordinance approving the conveyance of a utility easement to the public service company of Colorado, first reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2024-07: An ordinance approving a lease agreement between the Town of Silverthorne, Colorado and the Fourth Street Crossing Business Improvement District and accepting title to Lot 9R Fourth Street Crossing Sub AKA 360 Adams, Silverthorne, Colorado, first reading, was approved.
