Work Session
- The Summit Community Care Clinic shared a community update during a guest presentation.
- Town Council and staff debriefed the recent winter storm, local impacts from the US 40 Berthoud Pass closure and planning efforts with local, regional and statewide stakeholders to discuss future impacts.
Town Council
- Resolution No. 2024-06: A resolution authorizing the exercise of eminent domain powers to acquire property interests necessary to facilitate the extension of Adams Avenue - Shirley Company Limited, was approved.
- Resolution No. 2024-07: A resolution authorizing the exercise of eminent domain powers to acquire property interests necessary to facilitate the extension of Adams Avenue - Willowbrook Meadows Homeowners Association, was approved.
- Resolution No. 2024-09: A resolution approving a lease between the Town of Silverthorne Colorado and CAFE Food Rescue, was approved.
- A new liquor license for Cutthroat Anglers, LLC dba Cutthroat Anglers, was approved.
- Ordinance 2024-01: An ordinance submitting two ballot questions to the registered electors of the Town of Silverthorne, second reading, was approved.

The 2024 Business Grant cycle is now open! Town of Silverthorne Business Grant Program provides site enhancement grants and economic development grants to businesses via a competitive application review process.
- Grants are awarded in amounts up to $10,000
- Applications in excess of $10,000 may be considered for projects that provide exceptional benefit
- $50,000 has been allocated for 2024 grants
- Grant requests that include matching funds from a business will generally be given preference in the review process
- Projects which provide a business-specific benefit that would not benefit the community beyond the life of the business (business signage or industry specific equipment) may receive grant funds in installments over a period up to four years
Applications for the 2024 Town of Silverthorne Business Grant program are due Wednesday, Feb. 28.
