The transfer of H&R Liquor License from Yu Dynasty, Inc. to The One, Sushi & Ramen, Inc. was approved.
The transfer of Tavern Liquor License from MW Bluebird Market, LLC to The PlayGarten, LLC was approved.
The renewal of a retail marijuana and grow license for TZ Financial LLC dba High Country Healing was approved.
Resolution 2023-51: A resolution approving a conditional use permit for Silverthorne Powersports was approved.
Resolution 2023-52: A resolution approving a minor subdivision and final site plan for Tree Line Rowhomes was approved.
Ordinance 2023-27: An ordinance authorizing the Town of Silverthorne to acquire the necessary right-of-way for the Adams Avenue extension from the Shirley Company, Limited, second reading, was approved.
Ordinance 2023-28: An ordinance authorizing the Town of Silverthorne to acquire the necessary right-of-way for the Adams Avenue extension from the Willowbrook Meadows Homeowners Association, second reading, was approved.
Ordinance 2023-29: An ordinance authorizing the conveyance of a private access easement to the Charles and Ruby Lowe Irrevocable Trust agreement No. 1, second reading, was approved.
Ordinance 2023-30: An ordinance including and excluding certain properties into and from the boundaries of the Fourth Street Crossing Business Improvement District, second reading, was approved.
