Work Session
- Interviews for openings on Planning Commission were conducted.
- Implementing goals from the Comprehensive Plan regarding short-term rentals were discussed.
- Julie Sutor, Mountain Representative for Congressman Joe Neguse gave a guest presentation.
Town Council
- Resolution 2022-35: A resolution approving a conditional use permit for 'Multi-Family Dwelling Units' as workforce housing in the C-1 Zone District was approved.
- Ordinance 2022-14: An ordinance authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract for the Town's purchase of a property located at 518 Polar Court, on second reading was approved.
- Leanne Shaw and Mike Bohlender were appointed to Planning Commissioner Appointments.
- The preliminary site plan and preliminary disturbance permit application for Aidan West was approved.
- Resolution 2022-38: A resolution approving the development agreement for Smith Ranch Phase 2 Residential Development was approved
- Ordinance 2022-15: An ordinance approving the agreement for ground lease for Smith Ranch Phase 2 Residential Development, first reading was approved.
- Ordinance 2022-16: An ordinance amending Chapter 1, Article VII, Division 7 of the Silverthorne Municipal Code to authorize the Local Liquor Licensing Authority to provide for communal outdoor dining areas was approved.

The preliminary site plan for Parkway Place South was approved.

Resolution 2022-36: A resolution approving a ground floor residential
variance for Parkway Place South, a variance to allow two ground floor residential units in the Town Core Zone, was moved to continue conversation at the next Town Council meeting.

Resolution 2022-37: A resolution approving a roof slope/height variance for Parkway Place South, a variance from the requirement that a pitched roof have a slope of no less than 4 in 12 feet in the Town Core Design District, was approved.
