Work Session
- Training for newly elected officials was provided by Sam Light, CIRSA General Counsel.
- Four responses to the Smith Ranch Phase 2 Request for Qualifications will be reviewed and interviews will be arranged by staff. Town Council members were invited to participate.
Town Council
- Nina "Chris" Carran, Erin Young and Tim Applegate were sworn in as new members of Council. Ann-Marie Sandquist was sworn in as Mayor.
- Amy Manka was elected as Mayor Pro Tem.
- Ordinance 2022-09: An ordinance including certain town-owned property into the boundaries of the Fourth North Business Improvement District was approved.
- Ordinance 2022-10: An ordinance including certain properties into the boundaries of the Fourth North Business Improvement District, second reading, was approved.
- Ordinance 2022-11: An ordinance approving the conveyance of real property (Fourth North Business Improvement District Easement), second reading, was approved.
- The preliminary site plan for the Silverthorne Vet Clinic was approved.

Get involved in shaping Silverthorne’s future by becoming a Planning Commissioner. Planning Commission reviews all land use development proposals and makes recommendations to the Town Council. The Silverthorne Town Council appoints up to seven volunteer members with overlapping three-year terms and annually appoints alternates for the Planning Commission.
Planning Commission has three openings. Qualified applicants must live within Town limits, have been a registered voter in the Town for one year prior to appointment, and must be able to attend evening meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.
