Town Manager Ryan Hyland reported on language for a lodging tax ballot question and the April 2022 Town of Silverthorne election calendar.
An update regarding the fire station and proposed artist workspace was presented.

Resolution 2021-46: A resolution approving a sign variance for The Pad - 491 Rainbow Drive (PT2021-050) was approved.
Summit County Library Board shared a presentation regarding the North Branch Library Expansion.
The conditional use permit, preliminary site plan, and preliminary wetlands disturbance permit application for Silverthorne Storage, was approvedbased on the Planning Commission recommended findings and with the recommended conditions, except conditions 7 & 8.
Ptarmigan View Townhomes preliminary site plan was approved.
Resolution 2021-45: A resolution approving a site plan modification for Arby’s – 165 Stephens Way (PT2021-038) was approved.
