Master Plan Design Review Board Vacancy

Be a part of the Gypsum Master Plan Community Building Design process. The 2017 This is Gypsum Master Plan identified certain areas of town that should carry forward an “Industrial Ranch” architectural vision and feel and we would like citizens of our community to assist us in reaching these goals for Gypsum.  

The Master Plan Design Review Board will meet as needed to review building applications and work with a professional architect to accomplish the design appearance and criteria set forth in the Town of Gypsum Master Plan Design Requirements for Building and Land Improvements. This board will meet as needed on the second and fourth Wednesday each month, at 4 p.m..

If you are a resident of Gypsum and interested in serving as a member on the Design Review Board, please submit an application by Wednesday, February 15, 2023 to the Community Development Director, or mail to P.O. Box 130, Gypsum, CO 81637.

Design Review Board Member appointments will be made at the Town Council meeting on February 28, 2023, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
