Dear Broken Tee Patrons,
We’re excited to share that the Broken Tee Golf Course team is strongly considering moving forward with long-term improvements to enhance playability and course conditions.
A Drainage and Soil Remediation Project is currently being considered for holes 1–6 of the championship course, focusing on the fairway and landing zones east of the Platte River.
The scope of the project includes:
- Removing and replacing 6” of unsuitable soils with a sand-based topsoil blend
- Installing perforated drainage systems and improved catch basins
- Finishing grading and re-sodding
While this work is underway, holes 1–6 will be closed for safety and efficiency.
Contractor bids are due November 20, 2025, with construction expected to begin in early 2026 and wrap up by May 1, 2026, pending budget and City Council approval.
This is a significant investment in Broken Tee’s future, ensuring improved course conditions and better drainage for years to come.
We’ll continue to keep you updated as the project progresses. If you have any questions, please contact Shannon Buccio, Golf Manager, or Jeremiah Stumpff, Golf Superintendent.
Thank you for your ongoing support and patience during this important work!
