Introducing City's Economic Development Manager
Will Slate is the Economic Development Manager for the City of Englewood, where he works with local businesses and community partners to support a vibrant and successful Englewood. Will graduated from Virginia Tech with a business degree and brings a background that spans program management, business development, and non-profit administration.
Prior to joining the City of Englewood, he served as Associate Director for North Park Main Street, an economic and community development nonprofit in San Diego, California, where he worked on economic development, mobility projects, and signature events.
Will is passionate about building strong partnerships and creating opportunities that help communities thrive. He is excited to be part of Englewood’s ongoing growth and to work with this fantastic community to build a successful and sustainable future.
