Spotlight - Celebrating World Environment Day: South Platte Renew, in partnership with Breckenridge Brewery (a recognized CGBN silver member), the Colorado School of Mines, and local environmental groups, marked World Environment Day with a sustainability showcase. Breckenridge Brewery debuted “Project Green 2025 Lager,” brewed using 100% purified recycled water from SPR’s PureWater Colorado demonstration trailer. A great example of innovation in action!
Nominate a Littleton Business for a Cutting-Edge Award: Littleton's Economic Development Department is excited to announce the Cutting-Edge Small Town Award Program to celebrate Littleton’s vibrant small business community! The winning business will receive $500 to support business operations, a commemorative award plaque for display, special recognition in city media publications, and a complimentary one-year membership with the Littleton Business Chamber. Nominations are open through July 18th. Learn more about how to nominate a business here.

Grant Information
C3 Grants Now Open - Up to $250,000 Available
The Colorado Circular Communities (C3) Enterprise is offering grants to support projects that advance a circular economy in Colorado. Eligible applicants include nonprofits and for-profit businesses. There are two main grant categories you can apply for, detailed below.
Grant Categories:

Mini Grants: Up to $50,000 for short-term projects (6 months or less), such as purchasing equipment, signage, or conducting outreach.

Impact Grants: Between $50,000 and $250,000 for projects up to 18 months, including facility upgrades, large equipment purchases, or behavior change campaigns.
All projects must contribute to waste aversion or diversion and promote circularity through activities like reuse, repair, recycling, or composting. For a full list of eligibility and use criteria check out the website here.
Apply Now: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
