Neighborhood Rehab Project: Sept. 10 🔨
On Saturday, September 10, Neighborhood Rehab Project will invite homeowners into a dignified process that enables them to be involved in addressing their household needs, learning maintenance skills and building community relationships. Volunteers in Englewood address warm, dry and safe needs within families and individual homes.
Homeless Connect Event: Sept. 29 🧡
The Homeless Connect Event returns on Thursday, September 29 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Cushing Park.
This event will provide resources and a connection to service providers for those experiencing or at risk of becoming homeless.
Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Equipment Recycling Drop-Off 💻♻️
Residents of the City of Englewood, Littleton, Sheridan and Columbine Valley may safely dispose of household hazardous materials on September 10 and 17 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at 2800 S. Platte River Dr. Proof of residency is required.
Recycling of electronic/office equipment is available to both residents and businesses of Englewood, Littleton, Sheridan and Columbine Valley.
Citizens Police Academy 🚔
Join us for the Englewood Police Citizen’s Academy Wednesday nights 6 – 9 p.m. September 7 – November 16.
The Police Citizen’s Academy is the community’s opportunity to learn all about the Englewood Police Department, and the department’s opportunity to create meaningful connections with Englewood community members.
The academy will cover everything from traffic stops to crime scene investigation and SWAT response to police technology. This is an interactive, hands-on class and a great place to engage with officers and police staff.

Welcome to your neighborhood!
Check out the new Englewood Neighborhood Map! The map was officially adopted by city council in June. The 40 Englewood neighborhood names and boundaries were chosen by the Historic Preservation Commission after evaluating feedback from community members and combining historic subdivision names and modern-day locations of significance.
In the coming months, the Neighborhood Resources Program will identify neighborhood group leaders in each neighborhood. To sign up, visit englewoodco.gov/neighborhoods
Englewood Utilities Wants Your Input 🚰
The Water Conservation Act of 2004 requires water utilities to have a state-approved Water Efficiency Plan (WEP) that is updated every seven years. Englewood Utilities values feedback from the public to ensure the WEP reflects the values of the community. A 60-day public comment period is also required per the Colorado Water Conservation Board.
Submit your comments on the draft WEP online or in person at the Englewood or Malley Recreation Centers.
