Agency Tours: The COMPAS team
is hitting the road!
Your COMPAS team wants to make sure we are maintaining transparent and open lines of communication with impacted stakeholders by providing individualized feedback opportunities. COMPAS project leadership and the change management team are scheduling sessions with state entities.
During these sessions we plan on providing updates on the following topics including: training, data validation, time and leave, labor allocation, and COMPAS demonstrations. Interactive communication is critical for the success of the implementation and the COMPAS team welcomes the feedback and perspectives of impacted team members.
If you’re interested in learning more about how to engage with the project or have questions for the project team please visit the COMPAS website or contact us at SoC_COMPAS@state.co.us.

COMPAS introduces a modern, streamlined user interface. One strategy used to simplify screens is to consolidate related pages and actions under 3-dot menus. As you start using COMPAS, you will notice these 3-dot menus throughout the application. You will see them at the page-level (as shown in the screen shot below), at the tab-level, or even at the line-level of the transactions you work with. Whatever action you are looking to take, you are likely to find it under a 3-dot menu. Our advice to new users: "When in doubt, 3-dot it out!"
