SLFRF Quarterly Reporting Deadline
Just a reminder that the SLFRF Financial Activity Template is due on January 8th, and the SLFRF Performance Metrics Template is due on January 15th.
This is a critical reporting quarter with the December 31, 2024 SLFRF obligation deadline. It is imperative that the SLFRF Financial Activity Template be submitted no later than January 8th in order for the OSC to complete the additional analysis needed this quarter. The December SLFRF Office Hours presentation included a number of considerations for this reporting cycle. The following highlights some important items for agencies and institutions to review prior to finalizing the submission in Gravity.
- Ensure that each SLFRF project is fully obligated. If not fully obligated, contact your Strategy Officer immediately for next steps.
- Ensure that the cumulative reconciliation between CORE and Gravity is complete and well documented.
- Ensure that each SLFRF project is not overobligated due to lagging encumbrance updates in CORE for Refinanced Funds. If CORE still needs to be updated, report the correct amount in Gravity and include the lag in CORE updates in the Gravity to CORE reconciliation.
Additionally, if your agency is converting an interagency agreement to an IAA subaward type in Gravity in order to meet the obligation deadline, be sure to communicate that ASAP to both the recipient agency/institution and the OSC SLFRF mailbox if you have not already done so.

The December SLFRF Office Hours can be accessed from the blue Training and Communication box in this same link. There have been no changes to the templates from the prior quarter.
