Agency Outreach
The COMPAS team has started engaging in another round of agency outreach! Collaborating with agency partners is a critical step to understand individual and unique perspectives, develop strong partnerships, and identify areas of opportunity and growth.
During these meetings, the COMPAS Organizational Change Manager is meeting with impacted stakeholder groups to get a pulse check on their experiences with the project so far, gather feedback, and begin discussing their individual capacities for training efforts and data validation.
We aim to connect with as many groups as possible by the end of the year! In the meantime, if you have any individual questions, we encourage you to review the website, attend our biweekly office hours, or reach out to the team at soc_COMPAS@state.co.us.
COMPAS Sneak Peak: Usability Features
to Benefit You
COMPAS includes many usability features to make your work more efficient. This article reviews three features that allow you to save your frequently used transactions, pages, drop-down values, and searches! You’ll find opportunities to bookmark, favorite, and pin throughout the system.
Bookmark Pages and Transactions
Bookmark your frequently used pages by clicking the star next to the page name.
You can bookmark any page that you have security to access and as many pages as you’d like!

Access your bookmarks via the Bookmark icon on the Global Navigation bar.
Give them personalized names and organize them into folders.
COMPAS provides you with flexibility to work the way you like.

Favorite Drop-Down Values
You can favorite drop-down values throughout the system. Wherever you see a heart, you can create a favorite. Click the heart to favorite as many items as desired.

Within a transaction, access your favorited values by clicking the corresponding field and a drop-down menu of favorites will pop up.

Pin Frequently Used Searches
In COMPAS, you can also pin the searches you run frequently. Under Recent Searches, click the push-pin icon to pin a search. Done with your search? Click the push-pin icon again to unpin it.
To view only pinned searches, toggle the pinned option on the Recent Searches widget.

Bookmarks, and favorites, and pins, oh my! These are just a few of the handy features that make COMPAS easy to use.
