As we approach the critical December 2024 obligation deadline for the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), we want to ensure you have access to the essential resources to guide your efforts. Key Highlights:
- The Governor’s Office has statutory authority to reallocate unobligated SLFRF funds as of December 1 to ensure that all SLFRF funds are obligated by December 31, 2024. Obligation updates are due to the Governor’s Office by November 27.
- Any unobligated funds on December 1 are subject to recapture absent the Governor’s Office approval for obligation in December.
