SLFRF Refinanced Grants and Contracts Policy
The OSC has issued a policy on SLFRF Refinanced Grants and Contracts. This policy provides direction for how agencies shall use the Funding Source Change Letter for grants or contracts refinanced under HB24-1466. In addition, this policy outlines the use of grant and contract templates for projects with braided funding and new grants and contracts that are 100% General Fund beginning after July 1, 2024.
The OSC will discuss the policy during the August SLFRF Office Hours on Thursday, August 15th from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. An updated FAQ document is posted on the OSC ARPA web page under the SLFRF Refinance ribbon.
