Dear Team,
We have a couple of important announcements to share with you.
First, we recently held ARPA Refinance training sessions with approximately 300 attendees. Thank you to everyone who participated. For your reference, the links to the training sessions are included in this communication and are posted on the ARPA website.
Second, we are pleased to announce that yesterday, June 5, 2024, Governor Polis signed HB24 - 1466. If your project was refinanced under this bill, any related contracts or grants that are affected must use the OSC’s Funding Source Change Letter. The Funding Source Change Letter and the accompanying cover letter must be sent to any contractors or grantees by September 30th. The Governor’s Office has created a spreadsheet that summarizes the changes made in HB24-1466 by project ID and state bill. The Governor also signed HB24-1465 which makes changes to program allocations.
Please note, general fund money will not be available until July 1st.

Lastly, the financial data submission deadline in Gravity has been extended by one day due to the July 5th Governor’s Holiday. The new deadline is July 9th.
