SLFRF March 2024 Quarterly Financial and Performance Reporting
The SLFRF Quarterly Report User Guide provides a checklist, an overview of infoAdvantage reports that support SLFRF reporting, field by field instructions for both financial and performance data, basic instructions to submit information using Gravity, and various topic-based illustrations.
The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template and Performance Metrics Reporting Template shall be submitted using the Gravity data collection tool. There have been no template changes from the prior quarter.
The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template is due in Gravity by April 5, 2024.
The SLFRF Performance Metrics Reporting Template is due in Gravity by April 15th.
Both the user guide and templates can be accessed under the "State Agency/IHE Quarterly Reporting Template" green menu bar.
Key changes this reporting period include the following:

SLFRF InfoAdvantage Reports - SLFRF-001 - SLFRF Financial Activity Report thru 3/24/2024 and SLFRF-004 - SLFRF Financial Activity Report with Monthly Amounts for Current Quarter thru 3/24/2024: The SLFRF-001 and SLFRF-004 reports have a cutoff date of March 24, 2024 due to the CORE upgrade. Activity occurring between March 25, 2024 and March 31, 2024 will be reported next quarter.
