SLFRF Quarterly Financial and Performance Reporting Templates and User Guide Available
The Office of the State Controller developed the SLFRF Quarterly Report User Guide. The guide provides a checklist, an overview of infoAdvantage reports that support SLFRF reporting, field by field instructions for both financial and performance data, basic instructions to submit information using Gravity, and various topic-based illustrations.
The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template and Performance Metrics Reporting Template have been updated for the September 2023 reporting cycle. The template data shall be submitted using the Gravity data collection tool.
The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template is due in Gravity by October 9.
The SLFRF Performance Metrics Reporting Template is due in Gravity by October 16.
Both the user guide and templates can be accessed under the "State Agency/IHE Quarterly Reporting Template" green menu bar.
Key items this reporting period include the following:
- We continue to focus on reconciliations. Please ensure that both the quarterly and cumulative reconciliations are completed prior to being submitted. If you run into any issue, do not hesitate to reach out.
