Federal Reporting Calendar
The Office of the State Controller (OSC) is excited to announce the creation of a Federal Reporting Calendar. The calendar can be found on the ARPA Website under the Training & Communication section under the Federal Reporting Calendar green banner. The calendar provides specific Federal Reporting due dates for the OSC, as well as the Gov’s Office. The calendar can be viewed by Week, Month and Agenda. If you would like to add this calendar in Google, there is a link in the bottom right of the Calendar (click on the + in the blue box). This link can also be used to access/add the calendar in Google.
Key due dates will also be included in the Upcoming Events section that can be found in the Training & Communication section of the ARPA Website.
SLFRF Reporting Requirement for Subrecipient UEI Information
The US Treasury released guidance recently that requires all subrecipients and contractors to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and have that number included as part of the reporting process. The UEI is the replacement for the previously used DUNS numbers, and are issued by Sam.gov. While the requirement is not new, the necessity to include the UEI when creating or reporting on a Subrecipient or Contractor in the Treasury Portal is a new requirement. In an effort to capture the UEI information for all previously reported subrecipients, the OSC Reporting Specialists will be reaching out to each agency with a list of subrecipients that are missing the UEI. The due date to have the information returned to your agency reporting specialist is Wednesday, March 15th.
