Updated SLFRF Quarterly Project Reporting Documents Available

SLFRF Financial Activity and Performance Metrics Report Templates and User Guide Available

The Office of the State Controller developed the SLFRF Quarterly Report User Guide in an effort to streamline the reporting process.  The guide provides a checklist, an overview of infoAdvantage reports that support SLFRF reporting, field by field instructions for both financial and performance data, basic instructions to submit information using Gravity, and various topic-based illustrations.  

The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template and Performance Metrics Reporting Template have been updated for the December 2022 reporting cycle.  The template data shall be submitted using the Gravity data collection tool.

The SLFRF Financial Activity Reporting Template is due in Gravity by January 9th.

The SLFRF Performance Metrics Reporting Template is due in Gravity by January 17th.

Both the user guide and templates can be accessed under the State Agency/IHE Quarterly Reporting Template green menu bar. 

Key changes for the current reporting period include: 

• To facilitate research and analysis, agency specific spreadsheets that consolidate past Gravity submissions have been created and shared with the Agency Gravity POC as well as the Agency RO (if designated).  

• Payments to Individuals should be broken down further into the following categories: Individuals - Salaries, Individuals - Scholarships, Individuals - Other 

• Revenue Replacement should be broken down further into the following categories: Revenue Replacement - Salaries, Revenue Replacement - Scholarships, Revenue Replacement - Other

• Source Allocation has been updated to include the Governor’s Office Appropriation (EF212* and EF312*) in place of using “Gov’s IA” 

•  Country has been added to the Vendor-Subrecipient Detail reporting template tab and is a required reporting element

• The SLFRF Reporting Q&A’s have been updated and can be accessed under the “OSC Q & A” green menu bar on the ARPA Website
