IMPORTANT GRANT AGREEMENT UPDATES
The Office of the State Controller (OSC) has revised the SLFRF Grant Agreement and Intergovernmental Grant Agreement templates. In addition, the OSC has completed a new SLFRF Interagency Agreement for use when state agencies pass-through SLFRF funds to other state agencies. As a reminder, state agencies must use these agreements.
In order to ensure that departments are using the most current version of the grant agreement templates, state agencies must check the OSC website prior to generating grant agreements as guidelines and requirements are frequently changing.
Unsure of which template to use? The OSC has created a scenario-based tool to assist in determining the most appropriate template to use.

NEW SLFRF GRANT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
If your agency has already issued grant agreements for SLFRF funding using templates other than the approved SLFRF templates, the OSC developed the SLFRF Grant Agreement Amendment template. This Amendment template must be used to incorporate important reporting and compliance requirements.

SLFRF GRANT AGREEMENT TRAINING
