Swan Landing PUD Public Hearing Scheduled for November 17

At the regular meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Ordinance No. 06-26, Series of 2026, (an ordinance for the Swan Landing PUD Development Plan and amending the boundary of the Dillon Ridge Marketplace PUD), was introduced and Town Council set the public hearing for Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

During the initial consideration of the ordinance, Town Council voted to approve the ordinance on first reading, establishing November 3, 2026, as the date for the public hearing. Prior to adjournment, Town Council reconsidered the proposed public hearing date. The November 3rd agenda was already substantial and coincides with the national election. In order to allow adequate time for consideration of the ordinance and public participation, Council moved to reschedule the public hearing to Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
